Young Curators
We are delighted to launch our Young Curators project!
- Do you have aspirations to be a curator?
- Do you attend more than one show per month?
- Do you enjoy discussing & critiquing theatre?
- Are you age 18-25?
Following a selection process, we will put a group of 4 – 6 curators together who will attend work at various Irish festivals.
Together with our staff, the group will programme a Young Curators’ Festival – two weeks’ work for the Peacock Stage, work that will provoke our young and young at heart citizens.
How to Apply
If you would you like to become a Young Curator please send us:
- Your name, age, email address & phone number
- 100 words about you
- 250 words on what ideas and projects excite you
- 200 words what kind of curator you would like to be
All you have to do is send this information in one Pdf attachment to youngcurators@abbeytheatre.ie
The deadline for this is Monday 23 April at 5pm.
Expenses and a nominal fee will be paid to each Young Curator.
This project is open to those who are Irish or living in Ireland.
