Our Adapted Experience 

In order to safely welcome back our artists, staff and audiences to the building, we have adapted our customer experience. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with these guidelines. We greatly appreciate your support and cooperation.

Masks and face coverings are mandatory. If you have a reasonable excuse to not wear a face covering, you should tell a member of staff.

Floor markings are provided to aid social distancing. Please adhere to them and respect the safety of other customers.

Wash your hands well and often to avoid contamination. Hand sanitising stations are available throughout the building.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing and discard used tissue.

If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay at home. You can contact our Box Office to re-arrange your booking free of charge. If you feel unwell while onsite, please contact a member of staff who will provide assistance.

Tables are appropriately spaced as per HSE guidelines.

A one-way system will be in operation at the main entrance with designated entry and exit doors. Please observe the signage around the building.

Bathroom occupancy will be reduced. Please observe maximum occupancy as displayed.

Contactless payments are requested. Our spending limit has increased to €50.

E-tickets should be displayed on your device.

Latecomers will not be admitted. To respect social distance guidelines we ask that you arrive no later than ten minutes before a performance starts.

Our cloakroom will not be in operation.
