All Julia and John want is to live their lives with their two sons, on their own terms. But despite their hopes, the outside world and its racism puts paid to their plans.

Written by Dr. Rosaleen McDonagh and directed by Jason Byrne, Walls and Windows was performed to a live audience from 23rd – 28th August 2021 at the Abbey Theatre.

This tender, complex and beautiful love story will feature as part of the program for the St. Patrick’s Festival 2022, and the stream can be accessed here.
