The Abbey Theatre mourns the loss of Larry Jones

It was with tremendous sadness that the team at the Abbey Theatre learnt of the death of our dear friend and colleague Larry Jones last week.

Abbey Theatre and National Theatre of Great Britain announce co-production of Tom Murphy’s A Whistle in the Dark, directed by Abbey Theatre Artistic Director Caitríona McLaughlin, starring Paul Mescal

McLaughlin will also direct JM Synge’s The Playboy of the Western World at the National Theatre in London later this year.
