- Once purchased, tickets may be exchanged for another performance up to 24 hours before performance, subject to availability.
- In the interest of public health and safety, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the performance due to Covid 19, tickets can be exchanged for another performance or cancelled and refunded to Abbey Theatre account or credit card. Ticket holders should contact box office at least 24 hours before the performance or at the earliest possible time.
- Abbey Theatre reserves the right to cancel any performance without prior notice. In this event tickets may be exchanged for another performance or cancelled and refunded to Abbey Theatre account or credit card, to the face value only from the original point of sale.
- Entry to the Abbey Theatre may be conditional on public health guidelines at the time of the performance, and not at the time of ticket purchase. Any changes to entry requirements will be communicated in advance.
- The Abbey Theatre makes every effort to begin performances on time. For the safety of our patrons and performers, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Use of photographic and recording equipment is not permitted during performances.
- Mobile phones and other recording and communication devices must be turned off in the auditorium.
- Management reserves the right to make essential changes to the cast or programme without prior notice.
- Ticketholders enter the venue at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their property.
- Abbey Theatre tickets are valid only when issued by an authorised agent. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Abbey Theatre, be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium, nor may it be packaged or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
