Some testimonials from our 2024 Transition Year group:
“I have realised I can actively have a job I love. I have spent an engaging week surrounded by passionate theatre makers, I’ve learnt there is a place for everyone in theatre, creatives, financial, technical, educational – we can all pursue a fulfilling career when we work together.”
“I learnt that it is much more the National Theatre by nature and community rather than by title.”
“Many of my views on theatre have now been changed, the main thing that comes to mind is the sheer number of jobs I could have working in theatre and also that I don’t need to figure out what I want to do immediately. Thank you for this amazing opportunity.”
