The Inner Script workshop will help you focus on learning to embrace our inner voice. That voice we “hear” when we think, reflect, plan, daydream or worry. It helps us make decisions and understand how we feel and is sometimes helpful and encouraging, and at other times, critical. It’s all part of how we think and understand the world around us. Embracing it can assist us in our own and our teams’ performance.

Workshop Features 

• Understanding and naming our Inner voice can assist us to realise that our script isn’t always necessarily true.
• Exploring tools, techniques and practical everyday applications to help overcome or utilise them as required in our working lives.
• Featuring Business Psychology, Coaching, Leadership development and experiential learning, participants will be coached in smaller groups to receive group and 1:1 coaching on their personal scenarios. An environment where everyone is included and facilitated in a safe and practical manner to assist them in feeling more equipped with how to utilise their own Inner Script more positively every day.

Jessica Lee is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and Accredited Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She possesses 20+ years’ experience in Coaching, Learning & Development, Consulting, Recruitment and HR roles with Leading brands and Global best practice consultancies in Ireland, UK & Australasia. She has worked from junior to CEO levels across Finance, Aviation, FMCG, Retail, Consulting and Music, amongst other industries. Jessica advances Business through Psychology by challenging the individual, team and organisational behaviour of your business to enhance growth.

Jessica delivers honest, engaging, and impactful outcomes. Her expertise lies in the areas of Executive Coaching, Leadership and Organisational Development. Jessica’s educational background resides in Psychology with a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology. She has an Advanced Diploma in Personal & Executive Coaching and has completed a Senior Leadership Programme at INSEAD. She possesses British Psychological Society Level A & B Psychometric Profiling. She is a member of the Irish Psychological Society, Division of Work & Organisational Psychology and DWOP Coaching Psychology Group.
