Concession Tickets
Concession tickets are available to fulltime students, equity members, seniors (over 65) and the unemployed for performances Monday – Friday evening and Saturday matinee only. Please ensure you have your proof of eligibility when you purchase your ticket and attend the performance.
Group Bookings
The Abbey Theatre can accommodate special arrangements and offer discounted ticket prices for groups of 10 people or more. Because the individual requirements for each group can be different, and so that we are able to cater for your needs please email

- The production you would like to see
- The date and time of your visit
- The number of people in your group
- Any special requirements
Payment Options
The Abbey Theatre can offer a range of payment options to suit your needs. We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (for payment directly at the box office)
- Cheque (cheques made payable to Abbey Theatre in Euros)
- Credit card (we accept Mastercard and Visa)
- Debit cards (Laser, Maestro)
Terms & Conditions
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance, subject to availability. Fees may apply.
- Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of management.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Use of photographic and recording equipment is not permitted during performances. Mobile phones and pagers must be turned off in the auditorium.
- Management reserves the right to make essential changes to the cast or programme without prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any performance without prior notice. In this event tickets may be exchanged or refunded to the face value only from the original point of sale.
- Ticketholders enter the venue at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their property.
- This ticket is valid only when issued by an authorised agent. This ticket may not, without the prior written consent of the Abbey Theatre, be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium, nor may it be packaged or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
- Once you have booked tickets for the Abbey Theatre your details will be held on our database. From time to time we may send you information about the Abbey and its programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us at the time of booking. The Abbey Theatre will from time to time share your information with other like-minded arts organisations, If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us at the time of booking.
