Culture Night is your chance to discover the wealth of culture around you. This is your chance to flavour all sorts of culture in the city you live – and it’s all for FREE! Culture Night 2009 is expected to be the biggest and best to date!

Tonight, Friday 25 September a host of museums, cathedrals, galleries, theatres, artist studios and other cultural venues opening late, many until midnight, welcoming visitors of all ages in for a taste of free culture for one night in 11 cities and towns nationwide. This vibrant night offers something for everyone and every age.

Here at the Abbey Theatre we offered 25 FREE tickets for both the Abbey Talk with Enda Walsh (6-6.45pm) and The New Electric Ballroom (8pm) on the Peacock stage.

Tickets were given out on a first come first served basis this morning from 10.30am to those who called into or rang the Abbey Theatre Box Office on (01) 87 87 222
Please note there will be a limit of two tickets per person.
