Rediscover the joy of make believe in Carmel Winters sharp-witted new play.
The Irish Times Best New Play 2010, B for Baby, returns to the Peacock stage for the final leg of the Abbey Theatre’s national tour.
B for Baby by Carmel Winters combines the talents of Louis Lovett and Michele Moran in this controversial tale told with comedy and compassion.
Everyone dreams of something in their life. B wants a real hairdressers’ scissors and a wife. D wants a Winter Wonderland snow globe and ‘a big head of dirty auld curls’. Mrs C, she wants a baby and will do anything to have one. And if they can all help each other to be happy, what’s the harm in that?
If you missed this new play at last year’s Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival, here is your chance to rediscover the joy of make believe in Carmel Winters sharp-witted new play.
B for Baby was originally commissioned by Theatre Lovett.
