An exploration of a contemporary Dublin through Ulyssess by a young, award winning company.

After winning the Best Production award at the last ABSOLUT Fringe The Company comes to the Abbey to bring you on an odyssey through Dublin as they retrace the steps of James Joyce’s Ulysses.

As you are now so once were we is a new way to reflect on ourselves, our culture and an attempt to understand Ireland in Joyce’s words: “A nation is the same people living in the same place.”

After two consecutive award-winning productions and having just returned from their first international tour, the Abbey is delighted to present this young dynamic company whose work has been regarded as skillful, hilarious, inspirational and brilliant by press and audience.

This show was only possible thanks to the support of ABSOLUT Fringe, Project Arts Centre and The Arts Council
