Sue Mythen
Sue’s previous work for the Abbey Theatre includes the period movement for The Rivals and Pygmalion. Other theatre credits include Elektra for Canadian Opera Company (winner of three Dora Mavor Moore awards), Dead Man Walking (Opera Ireland), Richard II (Smock Alley), Devotion, Last Call and Jumping on my Shadow (TEAM). Sue’s work in London includes Not I, Timon of Athens, Electra, A Devilish Exercise and Chelsea Valentine. Film work includes choreography for the ballroom scenes of Northanger Abbey (ITV). Recent direction credits include Coraline (Puca Puppets), Once upon a Summertime (The Pavilion) and Jumping on my Shadow (TEAM). Sue has recently been appointed as movement teacher at The Lir. Prior to this she taught movement in schools including The Gaiety School of Acting, Trinity College Dublin, DIT, and Central School of Speech & Drama.
