Philip Stewart
Philip’s work at the Abbey Theatre includes Pygmalion, Macbeth, Ages of the Moon, Lay Me Down Softly, Terminus, A Number and The Big House. As a freelance composer, he has contributed music to a broad spectrum of genres including theatre, dance, documentaries and short films. He was nominated for an Irish Times Theatre Award in 2011 for his work on The Early Bird (Natural Shocks). Philip studied composition at Trinity College Dublin under Donnacha Dennehy and Roger Doyle.
