Peter Gaynor
Peter’s work at the Abbey Theatre includes The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui, Romeo and Juliet, A Cry from Heaven and Big Maggie. Other theatre credits include This Lime Tree Bower, Wuthering Heights, The Trojan Women (City Theatre), Blood, Further than the Furthest Thing (Hatch), Pinocchio (An Ghrianán), All’s Well That Ends Well (The Helix), Macbeth (Second Age), Tales from the Ovid (Theatreworks), CarShow 3 (Corn Exchange), ‘Tis Pity She’s a Whore, Artists and Admirers, Attempts on Her Life and The First Arabian Night (Samuel Beckett Theatre). He is also currently shooting the third season of The Tudors, and will soon be seen in TV3’s new drama series School Run, and the movies Porcelain and Savage. Other film and television credits include Rough Diamond, The Tudors, Battlefield Britain, Bloom, Goldfish Memory and The Abduction Club. He trained at the Samuel Beckett Centre, Trinity College Dublin.
