Norma Sheahan

Norma graduated from RADA in 2000. In her final term she was awarded the runner-up prize in the Carlton Hobbs BBC Radio Awards. Her first professional engagement was in the Dublin Theatre Festival production of Bedbound by Enda Walsh for which she received the Evening Herald Dublin Theatre Festival Best Actress Award and a Best Actress nomination in The Irish Times/ESB Irish Theatre Awards in 2000. Other theatre work includes Big Maggie (Abbey and Peacock Theatres), DruidSynge (Druid Theatre), Car Show (The Corn Exchange) and After Darwin (Primecut). Television and film credits include Intermission, The Clinic, , Love is the Drug, Nobody Home, The Widow and Ciorcal. Radio credits include Miss P, Swan-song (BBC), Bedbound, Swans-Crossing and This Old Man (RTÉ).
