Jack Walsh

Jack’s work at the Abbey Theatre includes Julius Caesar, Tarry Flynn, The Secret Fall of Constance Wilde, The Life of Galileo, The Shadowy Waters, A Full Moon in March, The Countess Cathleen, The Reel McCoy and Democracy. Other theatre credits include Stones in His Pockets (as Gaelige, in Belfast, Dublin and Milwaukee Irishfest), The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui (Bruiser, Belfast), Metamorphosis, The Playboy of the Western World (Big Telly), Bent (Blue Raincoat), The Crunch (Island), Dublin 1742 (The Ark), The Borrowers (Helix), Once Upon a Mattress, The Blizzard Wizard (Lyric, Belfast), The Duchess of Malfi (Loose Canon), Hamlet (Second Age), The Children of Lir (Mimodrame), Act Without Words 2, At the Hawk’s Well, The Only Jealousy of Emer, King of the Great Clock Tower (Throwing Shapes), Poor Superman (project @ the mint), Letters to Felice (Pavilion), and The Odd Couple (Civic). Jack studied at the Oscar and Focus in Dublin and the Ecole International de Mimodrame de Paris Marcel Marceau. He was an assistant to Marceau in Italy and the USA. He also worked with Le Theatre del la Sphere, La Mandragore and Le Croc Mot Theatre. Film and television credits include The Escapist, The Tudors, Round Ireland with a Fridge, The House, Sherlock Holmes, Fair City and Killinaskully.
