Gary Cooke
Gary’s previous work at the Abbey Theatre includes The Adventures of Shay Mouse and You Can’t Take it With You. Other theatre work includes Between Foxrock and a Hard Place and Cinderella (Gaiety Theatre), MacBecks (which he co-wrote with Malachy McKenna) and I, Keano (Olympia Theatre). Gary is one third of comedy team Aprés Match, which first appeared on RTÉ in 1998 and has since performed sell-out shows throughout Ireland and produced several DVDs. He has also contributed to a book of essays compiled as part of Tennis Ireland’s 100th anniversary in 2008.
