Other theatre credits include Sive, Gaslight, The Good Father (Druid), The Home Place, Dancing at Lughnasa (Gate Theatre), Everyday, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (The Corn Exchange), The Playboy of the Western World, Summerfolk, The Merchant of Venice (National Theatre, London), Alice Trilogy, The Weir (Royal Court), Macbeth, Macbett, The Penelopiad, I’ll be the Devil, Little Eyolf, Camino Real, Hamlet (RSC), Playing the Wife (Chichester), Royal Supreme (Plymouth), Miss Julie, Sandra/Manon (Vesuvius) and Measure for Measure (Galloglass). Film and television credits include Notes on a Scandal, Inside I’m Dancing, The Merchant of Venice, The Clinic, Poorhouse, Gold in the Streets, Samhain and Any Time Now. Radio includes Myrrha, The Weight of Water, St Patrick’s Daughter (BBC), Quinn, Bailegangaire, Portia Coughlan, The Gospels of Aughamore and King Lear (RTÉ). Derbhle trained at the Samuel Beckett Centre, Trinity College Dublin.
