Daire Cassidy
This is Daire’s first time working at the Abbey Theatre. His theatre credits include Our Town (Mill Theatre), Coram Boy (Mill Theatre and O’Reilly Theatre) and he was lead singing narrator in Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat in St Mary’s College. He has won two silver medals in his poetry section in Draoicht (Feis Mathu, 2009 and 2010) and his team won the cup for improvisation in their section (2010). He is a fluent Irish speaker. Daire enjoys cycling, badminton and boxing, is actively involved in St Mary’s Scouts.
