Over the course of November 2011, Fiona Shaw gave a series of workshops at the Abbey Theatre.
These workshops were designed to allow actors and writers to develop a deeper understanding of Shakespeare’s language and meaning. Fiona was assisted by Sophie Motley, our Resident Assistant Director, and our New Playwrights also participated as the group tackled some of the bard’s finest sonnets and soliloquies.
