On Tuesday 12 January holistic therapist Karen Ward – best known for her appearances on RTÉ’s The Health Squad – will give a practical talk on restoring balance to your life. The talk, which is part of our series on Mental Health Matters, will take place in the Abbey Bar at 6pm.
